A store recently had trouble with the digital keypad on their CSS safe. The manager called your 800 service number to get some troubleshooting advice. Unfortunately, the advice did not pan out so the store called me for help. I logged on to the Safe-Help web page, entered the requested information and submitted the service order. Much to my surprise, I received an email response within 2 hours explaining that CSS had been in touch with the store and that a service technician would be dispatched the following day. It was simple and CSS's repsonse time was phenomenal. Future service requests will now be done via "Safe-Help.com". Thanks for creating this great tool. It's quick and gives us an audit trail of our service requests.
