I am a third generation safe builder, my family holds over 10 US Patents and 1 Korean Patent. The Patents are specific to safes and cash management monitoring systems.

Many others are applied for including, specifically for Self Check Out enclosure monitoring.

Since 1988 I have been President/CEO of Corporate Safe Specialists. CSS specializes in selling safes and service to 11 of the top 25 fastest growing retail companies in the US. Well known brands like Payless Shoes, Hollywood Video, Auto Zone, Subway, Gap, and CVS are examples of the clients that we service each day. Many of our clients have been with us for 5 or more years. This long relationship ability means that CSS has the internal ability to provide for the high growth, high service demands of these nation wide accounts. I defiantly know how to keep these clients happy.

Customer Service is the corner stone of my success, listening and delivering what my clients asked for has made me profitable. I believe that my insight on these types of retailers and my generational pursuit of cash management solutions for them makes me keenly qualified to provide Kiosk solutions to these customers.

My cross membership in PCATS adds direct insight to the NACS initiative to uniform the communication of POS and devise integration in the 130,000 C-stores in the US. In the US retail market when it comes to cash management and self-service the grass roots developments have traditionally defined themselves in the Petroleum Industry. I believe that will be true for Kiosks.

I am married, live in Chicago, Ill. I have two children.
